Kazuhiko Toyama

Chairman & CEO

Founder of IGPI and JPiX. After working at Boston Consulting Group and Corporate Direction, he joined the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) at its inception in 2003 and served as COO. He founded Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. (IGPI) in 2007 and later established JPiX in 2020.
He serves as an Independent Director of Mercari, Inc. and Chairman of the Japan Association of Corporate Directors, among other public and government-related roles and is actively involved in corporate governance and policy initiatives. Holds an MBA from Stanford University and passed the Japanese National Bar Examination.

Jun Matsumoto

President, COO & CIO

Former investment professional at a GM-affiliated investment firm. He later joined the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) as an Executive Officer, overseeing projects in transportation and retail sectors.
He participated in the founding of IGPI and established Michinori Holdings in 2009, leading transportation and tourism businesses while driving restructuring and M&A. He also participated in the establishment of JPiX in 2020

Masahiko Ichie

Former executive at Development Bank of Japan with extensive experience in venture capital, project finance, and restructuring. Former President & CEO of Skymark Airlines.

Shinichiro Okada

Executive Officer, Managing Director

Infrastructure specialist with experience at Accenture and Macquarie Capital. Led the Kansai–Itami Airport Concession project and currently engaged in airport investment and management. Holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Naotake Kodama

Certified Public Accountant. Experience at Deloitte and PwC (Tokyo and London) in restructuring and M&A advisory. Core member of IGPI since inception. Completed the Corporate Finance Program at London Business School.

Akio Sawa

Attorney at Law. Formerly at Nishimura & Asahi, specializing in restructuring, M&A, and corporate law. Extensive hands-on experience in governance and business transformation.

Shunsuke Numata

Experienced in strategy and operations transformation for global manufacturing companies. Leads initiatives in business restructuring, new business creation, and overseas expansion. Holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
